Sheridan and Mary Lou Downey attended a family reunion in Ankeny on Saturday afternoon. Relatives attending were Jackie and Harry Birdsell of Hampton; Tim Robinson of Des Moines; Justin Vorster, Anne Birdsell, and Rebecca Muhlenbruck of Ankeny; Steve Weiermann of Chelsea; Nate Novotny of Tama; Jeanne Kraus of Britt; and Sharon Dawson of Portland, Oregon. Tim, Sharon, Jeanne, and Georgina Iverson of Dows spent the rest of the weekend into Monday in Okoboji. Sharon, Tim and Jody Newman of Boston also recently returned from a two-week trip to the Savannah, Georgia/Charlotte, South Carolina area.
