TAMA - Gladbrook-Reinbeck led from the outset and kept its hold on second place in the NICL West with a 62-47 victory over South Tama in NICL West action.
Camden Kickbush scored a career-high 19 points to lead the Rebels (5-1, 5-1). Chase Clark had a season-high 14 points and Zach Pierce added 14 more.
Jose Fonseca matched his season-best with 20 points to go with eight rebounds for South Tama (4-4, 4-2). Sam Kuhter added 11 points while Vinny Lasley had eight points and 12 rebounds for the Trojans, who play Thursday night against Union in La Porte City.
Gladbrook-Reinbeck, which went 16-for-21 from the free-throw line to South Tama's 0-for-3, will visit Hudson Friday.
