Zach Pierce notched a game-high 21 points and Chase Clark added 14 for the Rebels (7-1, 7-1).
The Rebels used a 15-3 third-quarter advantage to turn a five-point halftime deficit into a seven-point lead entering the fourth.
Sam Shindelar led South Hardin (5-5, 3-4) with 16 points, matching his season high, and David Shindelar added a season-best 10 points.
