Kassie Nelson's high school art classes have projects on display at the library during the month of January. This includes pinwheels, pictures and other items.

New books this week include two memorials: a children's book, The Escape by Kathryn Lasky, ( a horse story) is in memory of Peg Brandt. Another children's book, The Long Way Home: The Second Generation by Ann M. Martin is in memory of Cheryl Hathorne. Both are from Gloria Breakenridge.

Other children's books include: What Does the Fox Say? and Gee Whiz by Jane Smiley.

New non fiction are: Snowflakes by Kenneth Libbrecht and Mary Poppins, She Wrote by Valerie Lawson.

Fiction and young adult books are: Big Sky Secrets by Linda Lael Miller, The Interestings by Meg Wolitzer and Counting by 7s by Holly Goldberg Sloan.
