Bruce Alan Jungling

Bruce Alan Jungling, 56, of Grundy Center, died of natural causes at his home Friday, Dec. 8th.

Bruce was born August 8, 1961 in Grundy Center, son of Delbert and Delores Jungling.

Bruce grew up in Grundy Center, Iowa and graduated from the Grundy Center Community Schools in 1979 where was better known as "Munch." He worked at The Shoe Box, M&W Grocery, Fareway Foods, Phelps Implement and most recently Dayco products in Eldora until he was medically disabled and unable to work.

Bruce had been a member in the Grundy Center Jaycees and took pride in several local service projects in the community.

Survived by: his father; Delbert (Nancy) Jungling of Reinbeck; sister, Elaine Jungling of Grundy Center; brothers, Mark (Nancy) Jungling of Grundy Center and Steve Jungling of Wheaton, Ill. 6 nieces and nephews, and 2 grand nieces.

Preceded in death by: his mother, Delores Jungling and brother Kevin Del Jungling.

Services will be held on Dec. 30 at 1:30 p.m. at the UCC church in Reinbeck.

Memorials: may be directed to the Cedar Bend Humanity Society or a charity of your choice.

Bruce had great love for his dogs over the years. His niece and nephews will always remember their Uncle Bruce as they were growing up with his classic bird whistles. He was always up for a challenge of a game Scrabble and card games with his Mom until her passing.
