Janet Slessor , Reinbeck Courier

Children's author Dr. Seuss was born on March 2, 1904, and we are celebrating his birthday on the closest Saturday in March, tomorrow, March 3. Join us from 10:00 to 11:00 for a birthday party with stories, a craft, a birthday cupcake and a reader's theater.

Then, all day after that, until closing time at 4:00 join us for cookies, coffee, and reminiscing. We will have over 20 scrapbooks on display of Reinbeck history. This is part of our centennial events, celebrating 100 years of service. To date seven golden tickets have been found. There are 93 more to find! Anyone who finds a ticket, receives a tote bag and a note pad with our centennial logo.

We have a limit of one prize per person. Also, to date, two people have found more than one ticket! Will you be the next lucky winner?
