We have several new memorial books: A large print editon of “Every Breath” by Nicholas Sparks was purchased with money in memory of Leona Johnson given by Joe & Brenda Davis. The following new children’s books are purchased with memorial money for Rosie Moser: “The Broken Ornament” by Tony DiTerlizzi, “Winter is Here” by Kevin Henkes, “Miracle on 34th St”, adapted for a picture book by Susanna Leonard Hill, “I am Max” by Astrid Holm, “Last Stop on the Reindeer Express” by Maudie Powell-Tuck, “Construction Site on Christmas Night” by Sherri Duskey Rinker, “How to Catch a Snowman” by Adam Wallace, and “Mary Poppins Returns” by Kathy McCullough. Also: attention parents/care givers of young children: This Saturday, December 15 we are having a story time with Mrs. Santa Claus at 10:00 a.m. There will be stories, a craft, music, and activities. Come and join the fun, one hour before the library’s regular opening time.
